YOUR ROLE

  • Repair Planning & Restoration: Attend morning meetings. Plan and prioritize repairs. Inspect RVs for visible and hidden damage (structural, mechanical, and systems). Repair or replace damaged panels, frames, windows, doors, trim, and roofs (aluminum, fiberglass, composite). Install roof membranes. Restore mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Remove and reinstall fixtures (cabinets, plumbing, A/C units, solar panels, antennas). Test all systems for safety and functionality. 
  • Documentation & Customer Communication: Maintain repair records. Communicate with customers and insurance providers. Assist with insurance claims.
  • Quality, Maintenance & Professionalism: Keep tools/equipment clean and operational. Double-check repairs to reduce defects. Organize and maintain workspace. Dress professionally and maintain good hygiene. Assist team members as needed. Other duties as assigned. 

 

YOUR SKILLS

  • Knowledge: High school diploma or equivalent. Consistent work history. One year prior experience as a Collision Repair Specialist, Collision Repair Technician or similar role, particularly on large vehicles preferred. 
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills. Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team and service oriented; build strong working relationships. Exemplary planning and time management skills. Exhibits superior verbal communication and phone skills. Ability to prioritize daily workload. Sound judgment and problem-solving ability. Demonstrate ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment. People first personality. 
  • Ability: Ability to pass a felony / misdemeanor background check.
