Job DetailsJob Location: Kansas City, MO 64120Position Type: ExemptDuties and Responsibilities Duties: Data Engineering & Analytics: Develop and maintain data pipelines, integrations, ETL processes, dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders, improve data quality, resolve data issues, and support enterprise data models. Systems & Integration: Support ERP, CRM, manufacturing, finance, sales, supply chain, and BI integrations. Implement, test, document, and improve data solutions and automation. Analytics Solutions: Develops, maintains, and enhances dashboards, scorecards, reports, and analytical solutions that provide actionable business insights. Translates business requirements into scalable reporting, visualization, and data solutions. Design and maintains data models, metrics, KPIs, and analytical frameworks that support operational and strategic decision-making. Collaborates with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where analytics can improve performance, visibility, and decision-making. Data Management & Integration: Designs, develops, and maintains data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrations between enterprise systems and analytical platforms. Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting and business intelligence solutions. Researches, diagnoses, and resolves data quality, reporting, and system integration issues. Supports the development and maintenance of enterprise data architecture, standards, and governance practices. Management and Organization: This individual is a team player and works with business leaders and technical stakeholders to plan and organize analytics, automation, and data-driven business solutions. Demonstrates the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and effectively support Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Engineering, and other departments. Responsible for the successful execution of analytics, dashboarding, system integration, and process improvement initiatives while meeting project timelines and business objectives. Ensures reporting solutions, data models, integrations, and supporting documentation are accurate, maintainable, and aligned with company standards and best practices. Communication: Oral communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and demonstrates group presentation skills Provides training, support, and guidance to users of reporting and business intelligence tools Written communication - Demonstrates ability to express complicated and technical matters in a clear, concise manner Lean Enterprise: Establish and utilize frameworks and systems, including tools such as visual management, problem solving, standard work and kaizen. Maintains the ability to learn and adapt to evolving technologies, analytical tools, automation platforms, and AI-enabled business solutions. QualificationsEducation: Associate’s or bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, business intelligence, engineering, mathematics, or related field and two to five years of experience or commensurate experience. Experience/Skills/Abilities: Minimum of three years of experience working with business data, databases, reporting systems, analytics platforms, or enterprise applications. Proficiency in SQL development, ETL processes, dashboard development, Power BI, Phocas, Visual Studio Code, data governance, data quality, enterprise business systems, automation, and process improvement. Travel Required: Minimal Hours: Regular 40-hour workweek. Minimal overtime as needed. Working Conditions: Business casual office setting
