Providing wine, liquor and related bar service to guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
Prepares/mixes drinks accurately according to prescribed recipes.
Registers beverage related transactions, handles cash, room charges and complimentary tickets according to procedures and guidelines established by management. Â
Accounts for assigned bank, all money received and all transactions recorded during shift.
Insures assigned bar is stocked with all supplies and liquor while completing other tasks and related job duties assigned.
Maintains assigned station in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with department service standards and job functions.
