If you enjoy problem-solving, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering top-notch service, we want you on our team!  Primary Purpose The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring the expedient and accurate delivery of Tnemec products to the marketplace. From order acceptance to payment receipt, this role helps manage the full order process  all while supporting our sales representatives and agencies to provide an exceptional customer experience.  What You’ll Do You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice behind the scenes managing orders, coordinating with teams, and keeping customers and reps informed every step of the way. Here’s what your day might include: Receiving and processing customer orders via phone, email, or online systems with accuracy and attention to detail Providing updates on order status, shipping schedules, inventory levels, and product availability Acting as a liaison between customers, field sales reps, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication Supporting sales efforts by clearly communicating company policies, pricing details, and promotional information Troubleshooting order or delivery issues and following up to ensure full resolution Coordinating with production, distribution, and credit teams to keep orders moving efficiently Handling product returns, special color matches, and changes to existing orders Maintaining documentation, logs, and reports in our order management systems Jumping in to assist with switchboard calls or other service-related needs when the team needs support  Knowledge & Training You’ll receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training in: Tnemec product lines and ordering systems Hazardous material handling and safety procedures Our customer service best practices and technology platforms  Work Environment This role operates in a dynamic office setting supporting a national manufacturing operation.
