REPORTS TO: DISTRIBUTION CENTER SHIFT MANAGER

STATUS: NON-EXEMPT

SCHEDULE: Sunday, Monday, Saturday, 6:00pm-6:30am

The Distribution Center (DC) HAI Robotics Technician is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the HAI robotics system.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical issues around automation equipment, DM codes, and the ESS
  • Maintain business and system tasks so they are up to date and accurate
  • Work independently within the HAI system with guidance from leadership
  • Partner with on site HAI engineers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the automation equipment, DM codes and/or the ESS
  • Perform tasks in other areas of the Distribution Center as directed by management
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High School degree and equivalent work experience
  • 1 year of working in a Distribution environment.
  • Ability to move a maximum of 45 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Knowledge working with Warehouse Management System.
  • Basic knowledge of the HAI Robotics system or an equivalent technology background
  • Analytical mind and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication with management and other employees
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform physical activity at a sustained pace within a distribution center environment including walking, bending and lifting.
