Seeking a student with good basic understanding of studio photography from a technical perspective, mostly involving camera settings, lighting positioning, and use of seamless and tabletop photogaphy. duties include
- assisting gd students with photography projects
- organize and promote photography demos/how-tos for students
- creative ideas for simple or unusual photo demos [polaroid transfers, using a down-shooter, lighting for packaging, lighting for flat paper objects, etc]
- ongoing upkeep and organization of photo studioÂ
- reviewing materials / supplies for what to keep, what to repair, and what to discard
- ideas for development / improvement of the space, including space organization, equipment purchases, etc
qualifications / skills needed:
Very useful / preferred: experience using digital cameras and studio lighting.
Proactive attitude toward everyday tasks.
Ability to seek out and complete work independently.
Reliable and trustworthy.
Good attention to detail.Â
