Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of air conditioners, furnaces, duct systems, heat pumps and accessories (air filters, thermostats, etc.) for A.B. May’s residential customers.
• Support Lead Installers by preparing tools, materials and equipment for each job.
• Help maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Learn proper testing and inspection procedures to ensure system functionality.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to protect yourself, your team and our customers.
• Grow your technical knowledge and skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

Qualifications:

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HVAC field.
• Ability to work well on a team and follow direction.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems (experience is a plus but not required).
• Clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina.
