Better Service Inc. is seeking full-time HVAC installers and service technicians for the Kansas City, MO and KS metro area.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in troubleshooting, service, and/or installations, along with EPA certification.
The position offers competitive weekly pay ranging from $17.00 to $32.00 per hour, with negotiable pay based on experience.
Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license, pass a drug screening, and have their own basic hand tools.
The job requires the ability to work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and candidates should be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders.

Better Service Inc. is currently looking to fill long term, full time positions in our HVAC department for installs and/or service techs for the Kansas City, MO and KS metro area. Competitive weekly pay and company van is provided. Mainly residential but some commercial.

Requirements:

EPA Certified.
HVAC technicians will need at least 3 years experience in troubleshooting, service and/or installs.
Valid driver license.
Ability to pass a drug screening.
Smart phone (for service)
Must have the ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
Have the ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.
Stand, sit, and stoop when working.
Climb ladders if needed.
Must have your own basic hand tools.

Hourly $17.00-$32.00. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
