Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (hours can be changed if needed)

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and production equipment.

Industrial maintenance experience is required. Candidates must have previous experience working on industrial machines and production equipment. Experience in a meat processing or food manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.

This is a hands-on position with a variety of responsibilities, including industrial machine repair, facility maintenance, HVAC assistance, and general upkeep.

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and make necessary repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Assist with machine installations, adjustments, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical systems.
• Assist with HVAC maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with general facility maintenance and repairs.
• Perform janitorial and facility upkeep duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Respond to equipment and maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience is required.
• Hands-on experience working on industrial machines and production equipment is required.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and equipment repair.
• Meat processing, food manufacturing, or similar industrial production experience is strongly preferred.
• Basic HVAC knowledge and experience is a plus.
• Ability to use common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Dependable and able to respond to changing maintenance needs.
