Position: Labor Tech - General labor experience with some leaderships skills 
Location: Independence, Mo 

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labor Tech to join our team. This position performs general labor duties such as repair on construction trailers and remodeling duties. May help with leading other labors when needed. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in home remodeling, construction, or general labor and be comfortable helping others complete tasks and teaching team members how to perform their work safely and correctly. having a valid drivers license is needed to go from temp to perm.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and construction-related tasks
• Assist with home remodeling and maintenance projects
• Help lead and support other team members
• Train and teach team members on assigned tasks
• Help ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Follow instructions and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude

Qualifications

• Previous remodeling, construction, or general labor experience preferred
• Leadership or team lead experience is a plus
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to work well with others
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Must be willing to learn and help others
