Job DetailsJob Location: BMG-MO_View at Vivion - Kansas City, MO 64116Position Type: Full-TimeSalary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 HourlyJob Shift: DaySUMMARY The Leasing Consultant is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth through a customer-focused leasing experience, while also supporting the property’s brand presence, digital marketing efforts, and resident engagement initiatives. This role blends sales, marketing, and customer experience to create a high-performing and community-driven environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leasing Deliver a consultative leasing experience from initial inquiry through move-in, focusing on relationship building and closing conversions Respond to and manage all prospect traffic (phone, email, chat, social media, and in-person) Conduct property tours aligned with prospect needs and lifestyle preferences Maintain accurate prospect and leasing data in property management and CRM systems Achieve leasing, occupancy, and retention goals Stay informed on market trends, competitor pricing, and local demographic factors Operations & Administration Process applications, lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation Maintain accurate records including traffic, leasing activity, and reports Inspect model units, vacant units, and community spaces to ensure readiness and curb appeal Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and local regulations Marketing & Digital Presence Maintain and actively manage the property’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Create and post engaging content including photos, videos, reels, and community updates Monitor and respond to online reviews and reputation platforms in a professional and timely manner Support execution of marketing campaigns and outreach strategies to drive traffic Shop and monitor competitor properties, including their digital presence Resident Experience & Events Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing resident events and community engagement activities Support resident retention initiatives by building strong relationships that enhance satisfaction and encourage renewals Represent the community brand at events and outreach opportunities Additional Responsibilities Complete required training courses and participate in ongoing professional development Assist with office operations and support the community leadership team in daily activities as needed QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS Strong customer service and sales skills  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)  Comfortable using property management systems and digital platforms (Yardi experience preferred) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment  Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to operate property equipment and vehicles, including golf carts where applicable* Weekend availability required at most properties.
