Maintenance Technician-Kansas City, MO

Pay: $18.00 (per hour)

Your Role:

• Troubleshoot and repair: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, doors, and latches
• Perform carpentry, pavement repair, and light woodworking
• Handle janitorial work, groundskeeping, and snow removal
• Conduct safety inspections and preventative maintenance
• Travel between multiple locations as needed (mileage reimbursed)

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of maintenance or related trade experience
• Power tool knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license/insurance and ability to travel between stores
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, standing)
