Rodgers Health Center is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a new Nurse Practitioner through our 12-month Nurse Practitioner Residency Program. This structured program is designed for recent graduates who have completed an accredited nurse practitioner program within the past 18 months and have not yet been employed in a provider role. As a Nurse Practitioner Resident, you will gain real-world experience in a supportive, mission-driven environment while building the skills and confidence needed for a successful career.   About the Nurse Practitioner Residency Program: The Nurse Practitioner Resident will provide primary care in collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
