This structured program is designed for recent graduates who have completed an accredited nurse practitioner program within the past 18 months and have not yet been employed in a provider role. As a Nurse Practitioner Resident, you will gain real-world experience in a supportive, mission-driven environment while building the skills and confidence needed for a successful career.   About the Nurse Practitioner Residency Program: The Nurse Practitioner Resident will provide primary care in collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
