Job Summary
A real estate company seeks a polished individual to be the face and voice of the property. Meet and greet tenants, staff, and vendors verbally or in person and support the property management and leasing teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
•   Answering the phone and directing the calls to the appropriate person in a positive, respectful, and receptive manner
•   Greet visitors
•   Assist A/P with mailing out checksÂ
•   Receive rent checks from tenants
•   Reconcile invoicesÂ
•   Assist with mailings
•   Monitor Vendor W9 and Certificate of Insurance needsÂ
•   Assist the Senior Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager with office issuesÂ
•   Purchasing if needed
•   Assist the Leasing team and PM team as needed
*Â Â Â Management may assign additional duties
Qualifications
•   Positive Welcoming Attitude
•   Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)Â
•   Must have strong telephone, written, and verbal communication skillsÂ
•   Reliability and good attendance are essential
•   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
•   Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
Preferred
•   Knowledge of property management software (MRI preferred)
•   Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Physical Requirements
•   Ability to walk properties and climb stairs
•   Capable of working in various weather conditions
•   May require lifting to 20 pounds
•   Extended periods of sitting and computer use
Salary $19-$20.00 Hourly
