What You’ll Do:
Coach and manage a fleet of drivers like a true team leader
Maximize fleet efficiency, productivity, and DOT/OSHA compliance
Manage multiple operations
Solve problems fast, creatively, and with heart

What You Bring:
3+ years logistics/driver management experience
Fleet operations background
Calm, confident communicator and decision-maker
Deep understanding of DOT/OSHA
