Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule

• Current Summer Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Starting September 1: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join our team in Kansas City. This position involves powder coating metal frames using black and white powder coatings while maintaining high quality standards and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coating to metal frames using black and white coatings
• Read and identify paint colors and SKU numbers accurately
• Measure parts using a tape measure
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of powder coating experience required
• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure
• Ability to read paint color specifications and SKU numbers
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable with a solid work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
