Physician - Family Medicine Hospitalist

The University of Kansas Health System, Department of Family Medicine, is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Hospitalist to join our growing inpatient team. This position offers the opportunity to practice broad-spectrum, high-quality hospital medicine within a nationally recognized academic health system committed to excellence in clinical care, education, and research.

Position Highlights

  • Provide inpatient care to adult and select pediatric patients in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Work alongside Family Medicine faculty and residents in a system known for evidence-based practice and interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help shape clinical workflows for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Teaching opportunities available for medical students and residents, with potential for academic appointment through the University of Kansas School of Medicine.
  • Flexible scheduling and a supportive environment focused on work-life integration.
