We are hiring an RN for our NICU Float Pool. This is a full time day shift position that will float between 3 of our hospital locations. Our locations include Lee's Summit, North Kansas City, and Plaza areas. Schedules are written 8 - 10 weeks in advance.
Responsibilities:
• Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
• Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Delegates tasks appropriately.
• Identifies hospital resources.
• Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
• Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or
department.
