- Experience in restoration is a plus, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
- You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.
- Veterans, restaurant industry personnel, and other detail-oriented individuals are strongly encouraged to apply. Your proven commitment to service, process, and excellence is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructions
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, ensuring the well-being of the crew.
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipmentĀ
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
- Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearanceĀ
- Communicate openly with crew chief and other techniciansĀ
Qualifications:
- Certification/Designation:
- IICRC certifications preferred: WRT, ASD, AMRT, and FSRT
- Foundation of Skills: Meaningful previous experience in cleaning, service, or other detail-oriented industries is highly valued.
- Experience serving commercial properties is beneficial.
- Valid driverās license is required.
- High school diploma/GED is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
