Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructions
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, ensuring the well-being of the crew.
  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipmentĀ 
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
  • Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearanceĀ 
  • Communicate openly with crew chief and other techniciansĀ 
Qualifications:
  • Certification/Designation:
  • IICRC certifications preferred: WRT, ASD, AMRT, and FSRT
  • Foundation of Skills: Meaningful previous experience in cleaning, service, or other detail-oriented industries is highly valued.
  • Experience serving commercial properties is beneficial.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • High school diploma/GED is required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
