Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate - Kansas City, MO 64111Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 HourlyJob Category: Admin - ClericalRetail Merchandiser Q39 – Kansas City Metro Locations This position requires approx. 25-30 hours per week Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour + milage reimbursement   Position Summary The Retail Merchandiser at Q39 is responsible for supporting and maintaining the overall appearance, organization, and inventory of retail merchandise areas across all Q39 metro restaurant locations. This role will travel between locations to ensure retail displays are visually appealing, products are fully stocked, inventory is accurate, and retail areas consistently reflect the Q39 brand and guest experience standards. This position plays an important role in supporting retail sales growth, inventory accuracy, and overall presentation standards while collaborating with restaurant leadership and the retail buying team. QualificationsKey Responsibilities Travel to all Q39 metro-area locations to support retail merchandising needs Ensure all retail displays are clean, organized, visually appealing, and aligned with Q39 brand standards Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels to maintain product availability Complete routine inventory counts and assist with month-end inventory processes Assist with product reordering and communication regarding inventory needs Invoicing and data entry to ensure proper payments and budgeting of retail items Support the setup of seasonal displays, promotional items, and new merchandise launches Monitor current retail and merchandising trends and collaborate with the Retail Buyer on product ideas and display concepts Maintain accurate inventory organization in storage and display areas Assist guests with retail questions and purchases when needed Communicate effectively with managers and leadership teams regarding inventory, product needs, and display opportunities Help ensure retail areas remain clean, safe, and guest-ready at all times
