Route Service Delivery

Four day work week Monday - Thursday.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Route Service Delivery team member to join our team. As a Route Service Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering customer uniforms, cleaning supplies, mats, first aid supplies, and food service linen. You will need to load your truck efficiently and manage a route with 15-30 stops per day. Most importantly, the ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring unparalleled customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer rental services per invoice.
• Handle all customer requests with competitive urgency.
• Load and unload products, lifting up to 75 lbs, and maneuvering up and down stairs as needed.
• Each stop requires taking out soiled products and delivering clean product.
• Navigate and adhere to a scheduled delivery route.
• Maintain an organized system to ensure customers receive the correct orders.
• Handle all weather conditions while on the job.
• Represent the company professionally and take pride in your appearance.
• Look for opportunities to grow your route and the business.

We've been in KC for over 90 years and employ just under 100 people in Kansas City. We specialize in customized uniform and supply service programs that help our customers control and protect their image. Our managed services include: uniform rental and purchase, logo mats, mops, microfiber products, towels, aprons, restroom products, and first aid services.

Requirements:

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION REQUIRES REGULAR HEAVY LIFTING AND SUSTAINED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

• Must be physically capable of heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage and ensure accurate deliveries.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (past three years)
• Ability to start work at 5:00am and average 10 hour days.
• Commitment to customer service and professionalism.
• Ability to sell to current customers to grow your route

• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Background check and MVR records will be conducted.
