What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing core accounting functions, including the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statement packages, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. You will also contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting initiatives.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required; high proficiency in Excel is a must
• A minimum of five years of professional accounting experience required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and attention to detail required
• Ability to consistently meet hard deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Must possess a commitment to client support
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams
