Shifts Available

1st and 2nd Shifts

What you’ll do:

  • Set up and operate CMM and equipment to make complex and precise measurements of components, tooling, and fixtures

  • Read and interpret specification manuals, blueprints and templates for product specification such as tooling instructions, tolerances and dimensions

  • Create set up sheets and documents

  • Read and interpret measurements, output data and element graphic data

  • Analyze final product, checking validity of output to specifications required in blueprints and technical manuals

  • Recognize and identify final output accuracy and identify when the final product is inaccurate

  • Maintain CMM machines to include probe qualification and regular cleaning        

 

Basic Qualifications   

  • Must be a US Citizen/Permanent resident 

  • Previous mechanical, CNC or CMM experience 

  • Programming experience 

  • Experience with routine calibration and maintenance on machines
