Overview:

The Ticket Taker/Ticket Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service while selling and scanning tickets for entry into Worlds of Fun theme park. This position requires a high level of energy and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Duties may include:

Greet guests as they arrive at the park and provide them with information about ticket options and pricing
Scan and validate guest tickets at the entrance gates
Handle credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have
Ensure that guests are aware of park policies and procedures
Monitor and manage the flow of guests entering and exiting the park
Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
