LSI Staffing is hiring Welders for a leading metalworking facility specializing in stamping, fabrication, value-added assembly, tooling, and machining.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate welding equipment to fabricate metal components
• Perform MIG, spot, and robotic welding as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Weld and assemble parts using various techniques and tools
• Inspect and measure parts for quality and accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Experience with MIG welding and working with stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum
• Ability to meet weld quality standards consistently
• Willingness to supply your own hand tools

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• 6–12 months of related experience or vocational training in metal fabrication

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for 10–12 hour shifts
