METRO PARK WAREHOUSES

The Warehouse QA Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining quality standards, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This role involves inspecting incoming and outgoing products, conducting inventory audits, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining proper documentation to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Monday - Friday (Some weekend work could arise from time to time)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections on incoming, stored, and outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).

  • Conduct cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory checks regularly.

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damages.

  • Ensure proper product labeling, packaging, and storage procedures are followed.

  • Document inspection results, inventory adjustments, and quality issues.

  • Work closely with warehouse staff to maintain quality control processes.

  • Identify and report process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

  • Assist with returns, damaged goods processing, and root cause analysis

Qualifications

  • Forklift Experience
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures and quality assurance standards.
  • Experience with cycle counting and inventory auditing.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Problem-solving and process improvement abilities.
