What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle inbound and outbound communication with members
- Schedule and confirm virtual appointments
- Present benefit options to union members who have requested information
- Assist with completing basic forms and required documentation
- Maintain accurate records and follow quality-control standards
- Use basic computer systems to manage client information
- Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude with a professional, energetic approach
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Ability to build relationships and communicate clearly
- Comfortable working with individuals and groups
- Team-oriented and coachable
- Able to interact professionally with management, team members, and clients
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
