Job Description:
The KCAI Admissions Tour Ambassadors are responsible for leading campus tours to
prospective families, educational groups, and guests. Ambassadors are also expected
to participate in weekend Admissions event days. We are looking for students with
strong interpersonal and communication skills who are passionate about sharing KCAI's
mission.
The ideal KCAI Admissions Tour Ambassador will:
路 Conduct weekly scheduled tours for prospective students and their families
路 Collaborate with other ambassadors to give tours to larger groups
路 Assist and conduct tours at mandatory Saturday Admissions recruitment events
路 Communicate effectively and clearly to campus visitors
路 Memorize provided facts and information about KCAI departments and services
Additionally, Tour Ambassadors will have opportunities to help with special projects in the Admissions Department.聽
Applicants will be asked to give a condensed mock tour as part of their interview
process. If hired, applicants will be trained in campus tours. All training shifts are paid.
All the necessary information will be provided to applicants.
Schedules may vary based on tour requests. Monday-Friday availability with occasional
mandatory Saturday dates that will be provided ahead of time
No more than 10 hours a week.
