Evening Janitorial Lead - Downtown

Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring janitorial workers in a professional setting.

Wage: $18hr. + $250 Sign-On Bonus after 4 months of employment

**This role is for Union Buildings. You are required to be in the union. Union Dues are required after 90 days of employment**

Shift:

• 5:00PM - 11:00PM, Monday - Friday 
• This is a lead position. It will be cleaning plus helping out the supervisor maintain the building. 
  

Responsibilities:

• Clean bathrooms
• Empty trash containers
• Vacuum all carpeted floors
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
• Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Notify supervisor of any problems
• Perform other janitorial duties as required

Physical and Other Requirements

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
