Locum will solely be inpatient, in the hospital.Start Date: ASAPBoard Certification: Board Certification requiredShift Times: TBDOn Call: TBDPhysician Coverage: TBDAre Procedures Required?: YesEMR Equipment: CernerCredentialing Timeline/Specifics: ASAPLicensure: BC in Gastroenterology, DEA License, and Missouri Board of Registration of the Healing ArtsAny other department specifics:-Premier GI Practice: Join a well-established Digestive Consultants Group with a strong referral base and a high volume of diverse, complex cases.-Advanced Technology & Procedural Support: Access to the latest endoscopic equipment and hospital-physician-owned ambulatory surgery centers (ASC) for greater efficiency and autonomy.-Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside an extensive network of specialists, including colorectal surgery, general surgery, oncology, and infectious disease, fostering a comprehensive approach to patient care.-Teaching & Mentorship: Physicians have the opportunity to teach and mentor medical residents through St. Luke?s Internal Medicine Residency Program (optional).About the Practice:Traditional GI Inpatient/Outpatient practice with a balanced schedule.ERCP/EUS skills preferred but not required - opportunities to specialize based on interests.Collegial, supportive work environment that fosters professional growth.
