The University of Kansas Health System, Department of Neurology and Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (KU ADRC) is seeking a full-time neurologist, or family medicine physician with geriatrics fellowship, to join our growing team. The successful candidate with a sub-specialty interest in cognitive neurology will join a fast-growing integrated ADRC team and be responsible for diagnosing and managing patients in our tertiary referral Memory Care Clinic.  Neurological subspecialty training in cognitive disorders is preferred, or the candidate should have an interest in developing expertise in the diagnosis and management of cognitive disorders.

Our center has earned international recognition for lifestyle intervention research, mitochondrial function studies, and developing new models of care delivery. But more than our expertise, it's our culture that sets us apart—we believe in team-based science where it’s not just about research dollars and publications – it’s about supporting each other and rallying around our mission.

Service to the dementia community drives our work through educational programs and partnerships designed to meet families where they are in their dementia journey. The trust we have built with our communities enables our research recruitment and renowned clinical trial program. Likewise, the needs of our community have helped us train and build the next generation of the dementia workforce through fellowships and other educational opportunities. We believe we can prevent and even cure Alzheimer's, and the work we do each day at the KU ADRC brings us closer to that goal.
