Job Description
- Part-Time: 24 hours per week.
- Shift: 07:00 AM – 05:30 PM.
- Rotation: Alternating schedule (2 days one week, 3 days the following week).
- Clinical Care: Provide professional nursing care within a clinic setting, including IV insertion, medication administration, and entering admission orders as directed by providers.
- Patient Coordination: Manage telephone triage, patient flow, and the scheduling of emergent appointments.
- Education & Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for patient education and assessment; identify and address the learning needs of patients and their families.
- Leadership: Delegate tasks to clinical staff based on scope of practice and provide oversight for patient care documentation and testing.
- Clinic Operations: Manage expired samples and provide cross-coverage for Medical Assistant or LPN duties as required.
- Ability to work effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative team.
- Strong professional demeanor and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
- Flexibility to travel to other clinic locations if necessary.
