Job DetailsJob Location: Katy, TX 77494Job Category: ManagementJob Summary The Branch Manager – Install is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of installation projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and within the highest standards of quality and safety. The manager coordinates with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth operations and satisfactory delivery of services to clients. Essential Job Functions The Branch Manager - Install is expected to perform all the essential duties timely and accurately, in accordance with all applicable company policies, procedures, processes and practices, and compliant with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Responsibilities Develop strong relationships and communicate on a regular basis with key clients Inspect install projects to monitor performance and overall job quality Ensure all project specs are executed correctly Follow, promote, and enforce all labor laws, safety policies, practices, and procedures to ensure safe working conditions and behaviors are maintained. Assist with safety investigations and corrective actions related to safety hazards and/or incidents. Ensure proper use and care of all branch assets Determine training needs of the branch staff and schedule with appropriate personnel Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality on job sites Oversight and adherence/enforcement of Juniper’s new project start-up processes and policies Identify staffing needs and work with recruiter to fill openings Lead the efforts of quality control, productivity management, scheduling, and efficiencies for the branch operations Monitor branch safety record and implement methods to improve safe workplace practices Perform constant focus on safety and lead the safety culture of the branch Implement and enforce policies and procedures as issued by the company Other relevant job duties as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, construction, or business management preferred Demonstrated skills in project and time management, team motivation and leadership, decision making and computer software systems. 3+ years of landscaping OR construction industry experience 3+ years of managing landscape and/or irrigation projects QualificationsAbout Us Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast.
