Sealy Dental Center is a patient-centered dental practice in Katy, Texas, committed to providing exceptional care and an outstanding patient experience. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient, we'd love to hear from you! 

Dental experience is REQUIRED for consideration. 

What You'll Do

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
• Verify insurance and process patient information
• Collect payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly
• Help create a welcoming, positive office atmosphere

What We're Looking For

• Previous dental front office experience (required)
• Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
• A team player who enjoys helping others

What We Offer

• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM
• $20-$22 per hour plus bonus opportunities
