Job DetailsJob Location: KATY, TX 77493Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: NoneTravel Percentage: Up to 25%Job Shift: AnyJob Category: Manufacturing• Assemble mechanical components and subsystems using standard work instructions and blueprints. • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. • Inspect parts and assemblies for quality; report defects and assist with corrective actions. • Maintain an organized and safe work environment. • Assist and support less experienced assemblers when needed. • Participate in continuous improvement and safety programs. • Follow verbal and written instructions to meet daily production goals. • Accurately complete documentation for production and inspection records. • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred • 3+ years of relevant experience in mechanical assembly (power generation, oil & gas, or industrial equipment ideal) • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, part lists, and work instructions • Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stand, and move throughout the shift • Basic computer and documentation skills • Willingness to follow safety procedures at all times • Collaborative attitude and openness to learning
