Houston In-Home ABA Group is looking for dedicated RBTs located in the Katy, TX area to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Join the Houston In-Home ABA Group team as we help increase access to life-changing care!

Position:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be managed and supervised by an experienced BCBA as you implement life-changing care directly in the child’s home. You will work directly with clients, helping them learn new skills and reach key developmental milestones.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting
  • Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans to help children thrive
  • Collect and record data on child behaviors. Help track progress and celebrate milestones using proprietary technology
  • Partner closely with your BCBA and help inform treatment plans and to effectively implement treatment plans specific to each client’s needs
  • Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct

What You Bring:

  • Minimum high-school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred
  • Active RBT certification required
  • Must pass a background check, MVR, OIG, and Federal / State required healthcare sanction checks
  • A reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license required
  • TB test and proof of other health screenings/immunizations required

Physical Requirements:

  • Mindful and attentive to the safety of the client and surroundings
  • Sustained physical activity may be required for up to 60 minutes
  • Behavior therapy activities may require playing and interacting with clients on the floor
  • Activities may involve walking, running, long periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
