This role offers a rare chance to step into a clean operation, establish standards, and build a service department the right way from the start. If you are an experienced service leader who takes pride in running an organized, efficient shop and developing people, this is a role where your leadership will be seen, valued, and supported.   What Sets This Role Apart New, modern service facility Opportunity to establish processes, expectations, and culture Strong partnership with store leadership and other departments Stable, family-owned organization with long-term vision Leadership role with real influence over day-to-day operations What You Will Do The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all service operations at the Sealy location and ensuring a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Lead, coach, and develop the service team Ensure customer concerns are handled professionally and efficiently Implement and maintain effective service department processes Drive service performance, quality repairs, and labor efficiency Communicate clearly with Sales, Parts, and Store Leadership Maintain a safe, organized, and productive shop environment Stay current on agricultural and light construction equipment Complete required reports and administrative duties This is a hands-on leadership role that requires presence on the shop floor and active engagement with the team.
