Job DetailsJob Location: KATY, TX 77493Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: AnyPosition Summary Aurelia Technologies is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and turbine components. This role ensures accuracy, safety, and efficiency across all warehouse activities and plays a critical part in supporting Procurement, Production, and Operations. The Warehouse Coordinator maintains inventory accuracy, supports shipping and receiving, and ensures the warehouse remains organized, accessible, and compliant with Aurelia’s safety and quality standards. Essential Functions (All duties listed are essential functions as defined by the ADA unless noted otherwise.) Material Handling & Inventory Control • Move materials from receiving to storage, production, or designated areas • Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to size, type, or product code • Maintain accurate logs, inventory records, and stock documentation • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory • Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods Warehouse Organization & Safety • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and accessible for personnel and equipment • Maintain safe pathways, proper material stacking, and compliance with safety procedures • Wear required PPE and follow all Aurelia safety policies • May assist with basic facility maintenance tasks as needed Order Fulfillment & Distribution • Read work orders, requisitions, or shipping orders to determine items to be moved or distributed • Assemble orders from stock and prepare materials for production or shipment • Relocate materials to staging, holding, or shipping areas • Prepare parcels for mailing or courier pickup Logistics Support • Coordinate transportation activities, including scheduling pickups and deliveries • Support communication between Procurement, Production, and carriers • Maintain quality and accuracy throughout all logistics processes QualificationsPosition Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent • 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience • Ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to obtain certification) • Strong organizational and time‑management skills • Basic mathematical and computer skills • Ability to read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, and inventory records • Valid U.S. Driver’s License • Daily in‑person, predictable attendance Preferred Qualifications • Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or energy environments • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems • Knowledge of shipping carriers, freight processes, or logistics coordination
