WHAT YOU DO:

In this role, you'll be the master behind the snacks and sips that keep the movie experience rolling. You'll prepare and fulfill orders for popcorn, fountain drinks, candy and other quick-service items so every order is ready for its big-screen debut.

WHAT YOU NEED:

You'll need excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining speed and accuracy. A love for movies and the ability to shine in a fast-paced, high-energy environment are exactly what we're looking for. Teamwork is essential, as is being ready to embrace evening and weekend shifts with enthusiasm. You'll also need the physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for long periods.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Drink-Spo is to accurately prepare and expeditebeverage and quickservice items for our guests. Drink-Spo team members are responsible forfulfilling guest orders quickly and accurately while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation. They play a critical role in supporting efficient kitchen operations and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.

• Ability to accurately read and prioritize order tickets.

Job Purpose:

To create 100% guest satisfaction by preparing beverage and quick-service items accurately, efficiently, and consistently while maintaining an organized and sanitary work environment.

Job Tasks:

• Accurately prepare beverage and quix itemsusing order ticket system.

• Prepare popcorn, fountain beverages, ICEEs, milkshakes, bottled beverages, candy, and other quix items according to Flix standards.

• Ensure orders are completed quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy.

• Organize, stock, and maintain the Drink-Spo station throughout each shift.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, counters, storage areas, and work surfaces.

• Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Assist with cleaning and closing duties at the end of each shift.

• Exhibit professionalism at all times- in the presence of guests, management, and fellow employees.

• Display citizenship and teamwork at all times.

• Follow work schedule provided and review upcoming events.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to speak and hear.

• Close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to heat and cold from kitchen equipment and refrigeration.

• Moderate to loud noise level.

• Fast-paced kitchen environment requiring frequent movement and multitasking.
