Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in-home Physical Therapy services for pediatric patients.

As a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will play a vital role in improving mobility, independence, and quality of life through meaningful Physical Therapy interventions.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide evidence-based Physical Therapy in the home and community
  • Perform evaluations, reassessments, and develop treatment plans (Physical Therapist / PT)
  • Implement treatment plans under supervision (Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA)
  • Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence
  • Support pediatric patients in developing or regaining physical, neurological, and functional skills
  • Educate and empower families and caregivers for daily carryover
  • Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
  • Develop and instruct home exercise programs
  • Document all care and services in an EMR system
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas)
  • Current CPR certification

Preferred:

  • At least 1+ year of pediatric or home health Physical Therapy experience
  • Experience working with medically complex children
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish
