This is a great opportunity to work closely with board certified physicians who have a reputation for excellence in diagnosing and providing innovative treatments for cardiovascular diseases.Ā 

Position Details:

  • Full time- 40 hours per week.
  • May require occasional weekend assistance when supervising physician is on call.
  • Assist with hospital rounding including ICU and clinical management of patients.
  • Electronic Medical Records
  • Assess new consults in the clinic and hospital admissions
  • Nuclear, Stress Tests, Echocardiogram all on site

Requirements Needed to Apply:

Ā The Nurse Practitioner (ā€œNPā€) Must be a graduate of an accredited Advanced Nursing Program and have a current RN license for the State of Texas.

Ā Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas.

The NP will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.

Ā The NP’s duties and responsibilities apply to the THPG patient population and assigned setting only
