Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a full time opening for a Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner to join a team of leading diagnostic and interventional and non-interventional Cardiologists in Kaufman, Texas. This is a great opportunity to work closely with board certified physicians who have a reputation for excellence in diagnosing and providing innovative treatments for cardiovascular diseases.Ā
Position Details:
- Full time- 40 hours per week.
- May require occasional weekend assistance when supervising physician is on call.
- Assist with hospital rounding including ICU and clinical management of patients.
- Electronic Medical Records
- Assess new consults in the clinic and hospital admissions
- Nuclear, Stress Tests, Echocardiogram all on site

Requirements Needed to Apply:
- Active Texas license
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Board Certification and Experience
- Degree in NP studies from an approved Physician Assistant program

Requirements Needed to Apply:

- Active Texas license
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Board Certification and Experience

Ā The Nurse Practitioner (āNPā) Must be a graduate of an accredited Advanced Nursing Program and have a current RN license for the State of Texas.
Ā Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas.

The NP will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.
