HR Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support daily human resources operations for our client. This role requires strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and occasional overtime.
Responsibilities:
Assist with HR administrative tasks and employee records
Support onboarding, training, and new-hire orientation (preferred experience)
Maintain spreadsheets and reports using Excel
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel (required)???????
Prior administrative experience (required)
Prior administrative experience in HR (preferred)Â
Experience with onboarding, training, or orientation is a plus
