In this pivotal management role, you won't just oversee buildings; you will lead people, manage customer relationships, and ensure our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism are consistently met.

If you have a background in team leadership, a strong work ethic, and a passion for operational excellence, we want you on our management team.

  • Resource Management: Manage labor hours, schedule shifts, cover open assignments when necessary, and track supply/equipment inventory across multiple sites.

  • Safety Compliance: Enforce company policies, chemical safety guidelines (OSHA), and secure building lock-up procedures.

What We Look For

  • Proven experience in a supervisory, management, or team lead role (cleaning, retail, hospitality, or logistics experience is a huge plus).

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with both entry-level staff and corporate clients.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-motivated attitude to work independently in the field.

  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record (travel between local sites is required).

  • Flexibility to work evening hours, as most commercial cleaning operations take place after standard business hours.

Perks & Benefits
