Job DescriptionÂ
Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Customer Service Representative position. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Â
Â
- Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic wayÂ
- Answer telephone calls promptlyÂ
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and useÂ
- Efficiently assess customer needs for product or servicesÂ
- Educate patients/clients on medical products and servicesÂ
- Fit and sell medical products and services to customersÂ
- Process customer orders and accurately input customer orders into the computerÂ
- Keep showroom stocked, clean, organized and presentableÂ
- Perform other tasks as assigned or necessaryÂ
Â
QualificationsÂ
- High school graduate or equivalentÂ
- Excellent customer service skillsÂ
- Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the telephoneÂ
- Ability to work with diverse clienteleÂ
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 100 lbs.Â
- Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of timeÂ
- Accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications applicable to the positionÂ
