Job Description
What We Offer Veterinarians:
- Strong signing bonus, up to $100,000
- Competitive salary with production bonuses

On call requirement: Wednesday nights and every 3rd weekend, which includes Thursday. This schedule is shared among all doctors at the practice.Â
Compensation:
- Based on a ProSal model with a base salary starting at $115,000.
- Medical Director position includes an additional stipend
OFFERING: SIGN-ON BONUS, RELOCATION ASSISTANCE, STUDENT LOAN ASSISTANCE AND FUTURE OWNERSHIP OPTIONS!
Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
- License (or ability to become licensed) to practice in Nebraska
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Additional Information
Total compensation is individualized based on experience, schedule (full-time or part-time), location, and production. Compensation may include base salary, production incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and other applicable benefits and incentives. Total compensation package for the first year might range from $115,000-$180,000+.Â
