Job DetailsJob Location: Holiday Inn Kearney - Kearney, NE 68845Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: Open (days, nights, weekends, holidays)Banquet Supervisor Location: Kearney, NE Younes Hospitality is seeking a full-time Banquet Supervisor to oversee banquet operations at our three conference centers, which host conferences, meetings, weddings, and special events. Responsibilities Supervise and lead banquet servers during events Train, schedule, and assign staff Ensure exceptional guest service and smooth event execution Address guest and employee concerns and resolve issues promptly Coordinate and oversee multiple events simultaneously Maintain high standards of service, safety, and professionalism Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills Positive, self-motivated, and hands-on work style Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous banquet, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred Schedule Younes Hospitality operates seven days a week. Supervisors work on a rotating schedule based on business needs, with shifts adjusted as necessary to support event operations.
