Our workplace culture is rooted in family values, hands-on problem-solving, and an entrepreneurial mindset that drives continuous improvement. Summary/Objective: A Small Format Fabrication position is responsible for wrapping parts, counting parts, operating manual equipment, running the pouch laminator, and other tasks as assigned in the small format department. Essential Functions: Counting and shrink wrapping parts Die cutting Assembly Read and understand manufacturing orders and the dispatch list. Know machine settings to maintain a quality product Fill out and understand the Scrap and internal usage form Assists with other fabrication steps when required Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working order and are free of safety hazards. Regular attendance and the ability to work overtime as needed. Communicates safety and maintenance issues to supervisor Must wear the required safety equipment Stand for long periods of time Meet or exceed production goals Supervisory Responsibility None Work Environment This job operates in a production environment. Ability to read, comprehend, and recommunicate Ability to accurately operate a calculator. Must be able to use a computer Good time management Ability to follow, understand and execute direction as given to you by your Manager. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and part of a team. Must be capable of regularly lifting up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. assisted.
