We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for a busy office .If you enjoy working with people and can multitask in a fast paced office, we’d like to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments, and meetings, coordinating calendars as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support the team with other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills working with the public
- Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Comfortable multitasking in a high volume environment
Reliable with great attendance
Professional, positive attitude with a sense of urgency
