Location: Keene, NH

As a CNC Machinist with Janos Technologies, your primary responsibilities are as follows:

  • Work from engineering drawings and process work instructions in accordance with established procedures, lean processes and standard work. 
  • Set up, operate and maintain CNC diamond turning machines in support of the production schedule. 
  • Collect, analyze, and report data for production processes requiring basic math and statistical knowledge. 
  • Manually clean optical surfaces using wipes and solvents
  • Utilize metrology equipment to verify conformance of optical components to high precision specifications.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant machining production experience 
  • Must be a US Person as defined by 22 CFR 120.15 (Citizen, Permanent Resident)
  • Ability to setup and run CNC manufacturing equipment
  • Possesses basic computer skills for entering data, reviewing process documentation, and operating computer-controlled equipment
  • Ability to perform measurements on high precision components
  • Must read, speak and understand English written instruction and documentation

 

Working Conditions and Basic Requirements: 

  • 1st Shift: 5:00AM to 3:30PM Monday through Thursday 
  • 2nd Shift: 3:15PM to 1:45AM Monday through Thursday
  • May require occasional heavy lifting (> 30 lbs) or movement of objects up to 40 lbs. 
  • Involves exposure to chemicals and solvents. 
  • Safety Glasses & Latex Gloves are required.
